INTERESTING NOTES:

  • John the Baptist fulfills the prophecy in Isaiah 40:3, Malachi 3:1 and Malachi 4:5-6
  • John's appearance was normal for those that lived in the desert.  There are people today that still eat the locusts referred to in verse 4.
