• What was Jesus' response?

• What defiles a person?  

• What does it say about a person?

• What are some evil things that Jesus mentions that come out of a persons heart?

• To what district did Jesus go to, and who approached him there?

• What did she ask of Jesus?  How did He respond?

• What happened when Jesus went up on a mountain by the Sea of Galilee?  hat took place there?

• How many loaves and fish did they have before Jesus multiplied them?  How much was left?

DIG DEEPER:

• What is the significance of the author mentioning that "Pharisees and scribes came to Jesus from Jerusalem"?

• Explain Jesus' response to the them in verses 3-9.

• What does verse 13 mean?

• What does Jesus' statement in verse 26 and the woman's response in verse 28 mean?

• What are the differences between Jesus feeding the 5000 and Jesus feeding the 4000?

APPLICATION:

• Are there any "rules" or traditions that you follow that aren't apart of God's Word?  Who made these rules or traditions?  What reasons do you follow them?

• Jesus said, "It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person."  What comes out of your mouth?
